Michael joined Perfect Fit Placement immediately after its founding in 1999. As Vice-President
Michael handles a variety of corporate and management responsibilities including publicity,
marketing, finance and electronic recruiting systems.
Michael is married and lives in Essex, CT. He is a graduate of Rutgers University, Camden, NJ.
Favorite things: deep sea fishing, Sox, Patriots, family and camaraderie of good friends and
Jon is an Executive Recruiter at Perfect Fit Placement in Berlin, CT. His specially is Project
Engineers/Managers in the Chemical Industry, but as a typically curious person, he frequently
has successfully dabbled in other areas as his clients have requested (Sales, Oil & Gas, Mining
and Engineering). With his background in recruiter training, Jon is also the Recruiter Training
Coordinator as well as the primary on-boarding lead at Perfect Fit.
Prior to joining Perfect Fit, Jon spent 5 years as the Website Director of AccordingToDanny, LLC
and 1 year as the Technology Director of its sister company and recruiting agency, Hobson
Associates in Cheshire, CT. AccordingToDanny is one of the premier recruiting training
companies in the country and as one of the core team members, Jon was involved in every
aspect of recruiter training and customer support for the organization.
Previously, Jon was the Director of eMarketing for Acsys Interactive. Jon Davis was responsible
for driving Acsys' eMarketing practice group and providing senior level strategy and consultation
to the company's client base. Prior to Acsys, Jon was the Marketing Channel Manager,
eBusiness for the Fletcher-Terry Company where he was responsible for the 2,500 product
eCommerce Web site, regular customer email communication, online marketing programs and
new product development. Previously, Jon spent five years at The Worx Group where he was
the primary strategic architect on over 100 client projects.
Jon was also the co-owner and President of Development Systems, Inc, an Internet
Development and Technology Consulting company that merged with The Worx Group in
October 1992. He was also a member of the United States Air Force from 1984-1987 where he
was an electronic technician and programmer.
In his spare time, Jon currently serves as “Chief Volunteer” of Coram Deo, Inc., a non-profit
organization that provides transitional living services to women struggling with addiction. He
lives in New Britain with his wife and two children.
Tom is a experienced recruiting professional with many years of both general and specific
experience. He specializes in engineering at all levels; from entry - to management - to C level
Tom attended The University of Connecticut and The Southern Califonia School of Optometry.
Favorite things: snow skiing, water skiing, jet skiing, his Corvette, fixing almost anything and
vacationing in Vermont.
Matt’s speciality area is printer. Prior to joining Perfect Fit, he was top sales person at Stub
Hub and Perimeter E-Security. Matt currently lives in Southington, CT. He has earned a BA and
MA from Central Connecticut University. Favorite things: Red Sox and his new married life.
Sharon joined Perfect Fit in 2010 after 25 years of recruiting accounting/financial candidates in
the New York City area. Sharon develops relationships based on trust and and dedication.
Favorite things: Golf, all types of music.
Roland has over ten years recruiting experience. He exclusively handles a Fortune 100 client in
placing technicians, sales and management candidates throughout the Northeast. Roland’s
experience includes primary inside sales. He is a graduate of Central Connecticut State
University and resides in Bristol, CT. Favorite things: he is a connoisseur of Italian sausage and
peppers, corvettes, investing, and an avid fan of New England Patriots.
Joe’s diverse background includes over twenty years as a sports writer for local newspapers
covering the Connecticut sport’s beat and beyond. He began his recruiting career at Hobart IT in
Hartford, CT. Joe developed a niche in the direct mail industry. Since then he has garnered a
national reputation as one of the top recruiters in the field. He works with all manor of direct mail
companies from the largest in the country to smaller, specialised shops.
Joe has over 15 years of recruiting experience. He is a graduate of Central Connecticut State
College. Prior to his career in recruiting, Joe worked as a sports writer in Connecticut for 20
years. Favorite things: The Bible, NBA, golf, Rocky 1,2,3,4,5 and Rocky Balboa!
Anthony J. Glenn, IE
Anthony holds a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering. He is nationally certified as an engineer
and the entrepreneurial founder of a “green”, environmentally responsible water purification
startup company that was recognized by the POTUS for providing technical strategies to help
resolve the Gulf Oil Crisis of 2010. Most of his career has been spent working in sales
engineering and technical marketing for Fortune 500 chemical companies in the Chemical
Process Industry (CPI) including Mobil, Corning and Eli Lilly. International project work
experience includes corporate recognition for successfully launching a new product in chemical
plant pilot trials both domestically and in Japan. He is a consistent Presidents Sales Club
Anthony leads the Specialty Chemical Space for Perfect Fit Placement as a recruiter. Because
of his unique background as chemical engineer with CPI technical sales achievements, he
specializes in working with clients to identify, recruit and place highly qualified chemical
engineering talent in exceptional career enhancing process engineering, project engineering
and operations/ plant management staffing opportunities in the CPI.
Anthony is married with two sons and a dog. His hobbies include Movies, Website Development,
Listening to Smooth/Progressive Jazz Music and serving as the manager of his son’s local rock

Heath has over 16 years of experience in outside C-Level sales for companies like ADP and
Paychex, where he sold Professional Employment Outsourcing services and made multiple
Lori specialises in print and direct mail placements. She brings to PFP over 20 years industry
expereince. This includes recruiting for sheet fed, web, flexographic and bindery professionals.
Lori also is highly experienced in plaicing account managers, sales and customer services
represenatives. Lori enjoys reading and oil painting.
Norbert has twenty years of diversified experience within multiple industries specializing in law,
sales and construction. Norbert has held sales positions and established an independent
construction business. Norbert holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Bialystok
Law School in Bialystok, Poland.
At Perfect Fit, Norbert focuses on placing professionals within the chemical field. He enjoys
traveling abroad, making his own wine and spending time with his wife and children.
Deb specializes in the Real Estate / Property Management industry. She has over 10 years of
recruiting experience that is reflected in the PFP’s Real Estate Search high standards of
professionalism throughout the recruiting process. Her searches run the gamut from the senior
executive level to the property management and administrative level. Within Property
Management companies, Deb’s searches focus on Operations Management, Facilities
Management, Construction Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing,
Acquisitions and Business Development positions.
Her style is unique and her experience allows her to understand both candidate and client
needs. Deb specializes in building rapport, follow up and business acumen. Deb’s strong

Prior to specializing in the Real Estate industry, Deb’s expertise includes extensive IT

York, Bloomberg and Goodrich ISR.
