HOW WE WORK
We recruit on a nationwide basis and have clients across the country including both coasts and the Midwest. In addition to servicing direct mail production companies, we also work with integrated printing and mailing companies as well as firms specializing in graphics and corporate communications and fulfillment services.
Our typical search is permanent placement on a contingency basis. What that means is once we enter into a fee arrangement, you can interview our candidates at no charge. You only pay a fee if you decide to hire one of our candidates. Our fee is based on a percentage of annual salary. We also include a replacement guarantee. Our standard is ninety days. If the candidate you hire does not work out during the guarantee period, we will replace the candidate at no extra charge.
