We urge to thoughtfully consider if this program is right for you. 1. Who is Perfect Fit Placement? 2. What is RPP? 3. How does it work? 4. Am I a good fit? 5. What are the requirements, compensation and company resources? 6. How do I get started? Who is Perfect Fit Placement? Perfect Fit Placement is a general contingency recruiting agency. We recruit for a wide variety of industries but have separate divisions for medical and direct mail. Perfect Fit was founded n 1998 by Patrick Sisti and Michael Blais, who are currently president and vice president. Our main office is located in Berlin, Ct. We operate several satellite offices throughout the Northeast. Perfect Fit is a member of National Personal Associates – NPA. Set up effective accountability – a good blend of independence but some monitoring designed to assist in reaching your goals. Each recruiter sets their own financial goals and with PFP, designs the program to meet them. 3. Allow recruiters to work remotely or in our office as many days as desired. There is a minimum requirement of two times per month to be in the office (preference for one time per week). 4. The company will give 100% commitment to assist each recruiter meet their goals. 5.
